I work with people, small teams and projects that want to build something real. Travel, China, media, websites, books or international work. It does not all need to be finished already. What matters is a real story, a goal or a serious idea.

Working together makes sense when material, experience or an idea already exist, but structure, language, direction or a visible form are still missing.

For people who do not only want to travel, but want to turn a journey into something visible: a project, a story, a website, a book, a video format or a later publication.

For authors, self publishers and people with a book idea who do not need more theory, but clear structure, practical decisions and a path to publication.

For small media projects, travel channels, videos, supporting texts, background pages and work where real experiences need to become visible material.

For projects connected with China, Europe, tea, travel, culture, trade, communication and international presentation. Especially when different expectations and perspectives need to be connected clearly.

One time assessment

I look at an idea, a website, a book project, a travel plan or a public presentation and give clear feedback: what works, what confuses, what is missing and which next step makes sense.

Project support

For longer projects, I support structure, texts, direction, publication, websites or public appearance over several steps. Not as endless theory, but with tangible results.

Shared journey or project on site

Some projects do not begin at a desk. For travel plans, China projects or appointments on site, I can think along, travel along, observe, write, provide context and help turn the experience into something visible.

International interface

When something gets stuck between countries, languages, markets or ways of working, I can help sort it out and make it clearer. Especially between Europe, China and international project partners.

How I work

I work directly, practically and without unnecessary consultant theatre. I am not interested in large concept papers that nobody implements afterwards. I care about clear decisions, useful texts, visible results and the next realistic step.

First understand I want to understand what is really there: material, goal, story, problem, audience and possible value.

Then sort Loose thoughts, images, texts or travel plans become a clear direction.

Then implement A page, a text, a structure, a publication, a travel plan or a next step needs to actually exist at the end.

Frame of working together

Sales, reach or public attention depend on many factors and cannot be promised seriously.

What I can provide: honest assessment, practical experience, clear language, project structure, international context and the ability to turn loose material into a visible form.

If a project fits these areas, a short email with a few sentences about the idea, current stage and goal is enough.
